Mode of Payment:

Accepts credit and debit cards Visa and MasterCard upon online booking.
Third-party credit cards are not accepted.
The credit card presented must be in the name of the authorized renter.
Bank transfer is allowed.

Cancellations Policy and Refund:

Full refund if the renter cancels their reservation within 7 to 3 days before the rental starts.
No refund if the renter cancels less than 48 hours before the rental starts.

Extension of Rental and Penalty:

Renter must advise KotakinabaluSky immediately for any rental extensions, additional drivers, or changes in pick-up/return locations.
Failure to notify will result in a penalty.

Other Charges:

The renter shall pay the following charges:

Rental charges and other optional charges as per the rental agreement.
Charges for loss or damage resulting from non-compliance.
Refueling charge for insufficient fuel tank upon return.
Fines and court costs for parking, traffic, or other offenses.
Full cost of repairing or replacing the vehicle if damaged or stolen.
Loss of income charges if the vehicle is unable to be rented out due to repairs or total loss.
Diminution in value of the vehicle on resale due to damage during the rental period.
Charges made by authorities as a result of a seizure.
Rates for delivering and collecting the vehicle.
KotakinabaluSky costs, including legal fees, incurred in collecting payments.
Value-added tax and other applicable taxes and levies.
